Danmari Nexus provides AI-powered telecom, technology, and infrastructure intelligence for African markets. Services include market intelligence, regulatory tracking, operator benchmarking, M&A intelligence, document intelligence, and advisory workflows. Specific features available depend on your subscription plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Organisations are responsible for the actions of their invited users.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, reverse-engineering or scraping the service, using the platform for unlawful activities, or interfering with the platform's security and infrastructure.
Intelligence, briefings, and analyses generated by the platform's AI are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment, legal, or regulatory decisions. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them.
The platform, its design, and its content are owned by Danmari Nexus and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.
We treat your uploaded documents and queries as confidential. We do not share your data with other users. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
Danmari Nexus is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
